Founded in 1935 by Mr. Herman Single, Reliable was mainly a job shop specializing in custom welding and fabrication for the local chemical and rubber industries. Our focus quickly shifted into the rubber industry, providing services and rebuilding capabilities. As the rubber industry developed and the plastic industry was born, Reliable was in the forefront providing cost effective, quality engineered solutions. As a result, these solutions include fully rebuilt or new: mills, mixers, extruders, presses, calenders, balecutters, and associated equipment for production and laboratory applications. Today, the company's principals include Helga Liccardo (second generation) and Joseph and Thomas Liccardo (third generation).
